A two-story 37,000 Square feet concrete tilt-up building coupled with steel open web joists at the roof and floor levels. This building differs from the traditional tilt-up structures by having narrow panels width. To achieve strength and stiffness, all panels are casted minimum of 10" thick in order to allow for adequate reinforcing placement. Special feature of this building includes the curved aluminum panel at the front of the building and a 2-story atrium at lobby.
