This concrete building is located in the heart of San Mateo downtown. Previously used as an auto part store, Aaron Brothers moved in and revived the store with exterior face-lift and interior remodeling. The project scope includes exposing the existing bow-string roof trusses, the reframing of the existing mezzanine, a new HVAC system, refinishing the existing basement, new window openings at the mezzanine, and new roof eave canopies.
